Bail Security audited the v3.2.1 core upgrade: the Parallelizer facet upgrade on Ethereum, Base, Avalanche and HyperEVM documented in #42, with the GenericRebalancer. The final report is now on
mainof parallel-parallelizer (#37), and this PR lists it on the Audits page.What changes
