What and why

Devframe 1.2.6 ships two of the four features we patched into devframe 1.2.5: the MCP route option instructions (devframes/devframe#450) and withMcpContent (devframes/devframe#451). This updates devframe and every @devframes/* package to 1.2.6 and stops patching those two. Part of #428.

Screenshots: screenshot-component uses devframe's withMcpContent instead of our own copy. answerText and refusalOf read the blocks through one helper, mcpContentOf in rpc/refusal.ts.
Patches: redone against 1.2.6 with only what devframe still lacks: prompts, resource templates and the onResourcesChanged hook. Resource templates are in feat(mcp): add resource templates and a resources changed hook devframes/devframe#452.
Docs and changelog: the MCP server, resources, tools and contributing pages and the changelog now say that instructions and the screenshot image work with devframe 1.2.6, while prompts and resource templates still need a later release.

Workers Builds: angular-devtools fails here as it does on main. The cause is the Cloudflare dashboard settings (root directory and Worker name), not this change, so it's tracked in #431 and there's no fix to bring into this PR.

The license notices name the devframe version the panel bundles.
