Post-publish dogfood of aprender 0.65.2 as shipped on crates.io, from a temp install root, probes by absolute binary path. Verdict NO-GO by the protocol letter: README.md:23 claims
cargo install aprenderis CPU-only, but the plain install carries the wgpu/Vulkan backend by default (crates/aprender-serve default features inherited via apr-cli inference without default-features=false).
