Summary

  • Adds hub-owned docs-tools/ as the ROOT of the shared Antora component tools (landing page + nav entry).
  • Updates site-nav-tree in both playbooks so Tools is one curated top-level root (open-shell-org, shell-architecture, tools) instead of per-CLI components.
  • Removes Desktop-Tooling/grammaton-ui-shell from playbook content sources.
  • Rewrites ecosystem.adoc to match the partition: hub / shell-architecture / Tools / external cousins (Grammaton noted only as Desktop-Tooling cousin).

Follow-up (sibling repos)

Tool repositories should migrate antora.yml to name: tools with modules/<id>/. Until those PRs land, some tools:<module>: xrefs and the Tools landing member list will not fully resolve; about, nu-require, and nu-emit already publish under /tools/ on main.

Verification

  • pnpm exec antora antora-playbook.yml completes locally (existing upstream xref warnings unchanged).

Introduce docs-tools/ as the hub-owned ROOT for the shared tools component,
curate site-nav-tree to a single tools root, and remove grammaton-ui-shell
from playbook sources. Rewrite Ecosystem for hub/architecture/Tools/cousins
partitioning and point tool links at tools:<module>: xrefs for sibling migration.
