docs/pages/technology/did.rst stays on RTD, rewritten to describe what the Nuts node does:

• Subjects: creating a subject creates a DID Document for each method in didmethods; VDR V2 changes apply to all DID Documents of the subject.
• DID Documents created by the node: a table for did:web and did:nuts with:
  • the DID format;
  • where the document is published;
  • which verification relationships get the signing key;
  • keyAgreement (never for did:web; for did:nuts unless keys.encryptionKey is false).
• Azure Key Vault: set keys.encryptionKey to false, otherwise creating the subject fails.
• Services: spec v2 uses Discovery, spec v1 uses did:nuts services. Links to the version incompatibilities page.

Moved to the wiki page Decentralized Identifiers:

• the W3C quote and the background on DIDs;
• how DIDs get meaning through credentials;
• which DID method a use case uses.
