feat(site): social preview card, and header links open in a new tab - #17

Add a 1200x630 og.png drawn from the site's own aurora over Isafjordur, with the Open Graph and Twitter card tags in the base layout. The GitHub and Discord header links now open in a new tab.

Social preview card
Pasting the link now unfurls a card instead of a bare link.
