This is an oddball issue, but with TLSFix installed, Cydia fails to refresh sources, it just causes an app crash. I did some sanity checks to make sure it wasn't something else and it all pointed to TLSFix each time. Not sure how that's even possible given I don't have the fix enabled for Cydia.
