Refs #287 (the cues were still judged unsatisfactory; requested: use the audio of https://github.com/lippdev/consolemode).

Console Mode ships no audio files: its interface sounds are synthesized in code (UiSoundSynth, AGPL-3.0, same licence as ControlFS, same team). SoundBank is now a port of it: Move 1150→1000 Hz/45 ms, Confirm 740 + 1110 Hz, Back 820 + 560 Hz, exp decay, 3 ms attack, 6 ms release, sine + 0.25 octave. Mark (not in Console Mode) is a fourth blip in the same style. Level: volume médio = Console Mode's original level, alto = 2×, baixo = 0.5× (linear), peak never above ~0.7. No third-party/PS5 audio. Credit added to THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

Removed: the Kenney CC0 WAVs, tools/make-sounds.py, the embedded-resource entry. Tests: WAV validity, silent start/end, softness, volume scaling.

Not listened to by me (cannot); the sound is the one the user already knows from Console Mode.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Port of UiSoundSynth (AGPL-3.0, same team): soft sine+octave blips built in code; mark is a fourth in the same
style. Removes the Kenney CC0 files and the converter.
