Closes #293. Refs #285, #288, #227.

  • Replaces the 0.14 two-column layout: Configurações is one Wide column; every item becomes an icon-only tile in its group's grid (new MenuModal.IconOnly; MenuGrid gets MaxCols/MinCols: up to 6 per row, short groups keep the 4-wide tile so 2 icons don't stretch). No persistent text beside an icon (group headings stay).
  • Focus feedback: filled tile + slight scale (existing states: danger red, unavailable grey + ring) and a fixed reading area under the grid with the name+value in large type and what it does below; same height regardless of focus (tallest text reserved). Hover tooltip for mouse users; accessible name unchanged (Narrator: name + value, position in the block); FocusedOptionId moved to the tile for UI Automation.
  • Design guidance applied (UI/UX Pro Max + Hallmark component rules): icon-only entries expose the full name to keyboard/controller/pointer/screen reader, not hover-only; all tile states kept (default, focus, hover tooltip, disabled, danger); tokens from Theme, no new colours.
  • Removed the two-column machinery (Landscape, ColumnSplit); kept L1/R1 group jumps and Settings as the first Menu tile. All settings and behavior unchanged. Tests rewritten for the new navigation; docs/CHANGELOG (both) updated.

The reference images of the issue weren't visible to me, so the width follows the existing Wide class (960); screens attached after CI.
