NEXO is a daily clinical reasoning game. One fictional patient case, six clues revealed in order, and feedback based on how close your answer sits to the correct ICD-10 code.

Every case in NEXO is fictional and written for teaching. NEXO is not medical advice and is not for use with real patients.
A generic quiz app marks an answer right or wrong. NEXO measures how far off you were, using the ICD-10 hierarchy as the ruler. Missing inside the same category is a different kind of wrong from missing in another chapter, and the feedback says which one it was.
Clues arrive in sequence, so answering early costs less information and answering late costs attempts. Cases run in daily, continent, and multimedia formats, grouped by medical specialty.
Published in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian. Clinical text is translated and reviewed by native speakers before publication.
Medical students, residents, and physicians who want short, repeatable practice at building a differential and committing to a diagnosis under incomplete information.
- NEXO holds the public documentation. The application source is closed and is not published here.
