Pull request overview
Adds new Moodle point-release documentation so the DevDocs release notes and release listings reflect the latest stable releases across supported branches.
Changes:
- Adds release notes pages for Moodle 5.2.2, 5.1.6, 5.0.9, and 4.5.13.
- Updates the main releases page to reference the updated release graph image.
- Updates
data/versions.jsonto (a) enable release-note links for the newly documented releases and (b) add the next scheduled point releases (withreleaseNoteUrl: false).
