The weekly Java CodeQL job currently fails during analysis with:
Dependabot opened separate updates for each CodeQL Action component. Merging the
analyzeandautobuildupdates withoutinitleft the workflow unable to finalize and upload a Java snapshot, which triggered the S360CodeQL.Uploadingaction.This PR is based on #386 and supersedes #385, #386, and #387 with one atomic update. After merge, a push to
mainwill run the CodeQL workflow and produce the required snapshot.Validation
