docs: add Code of Conduct and explain top-level process folders - #62
Conversation
- CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: Contributor Covenant 2.1 original text; only the contact placeholder is filled (this repository's private reporting form) and the trailing blank line removed for markdownlint MD012. - README: new subsection "Process folders" with one line per template folder (00_landkarte, 007acc, pr_nr, todo, messungen, inventar, archiv, .repostandard14) and a pointer to the Code of Conduct. Existing text unchanged. Local: docs:governance, docs:lint and markdown-link-check on both files pass; verify:local OK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Documentation only; no code, workflow or policy change.
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md(new): Contributor Covenant 2.1, original text from contributor-covenant.org. Only the[INSERT CONTACT METHOD]placeholder is filled (this repository's private reporting form, Security tab; private vulnerability reporting is enabled here) and the trailing blank line is removed (markdownlint MD012).README.md: new subsection "Process folders" under "Repository map", one line each for00_landkarte/,007acc/,pr_nr/,todo/,messungen/,inventar/,archiv/,.repostandard14/; plus one sentence pointing to the Code of Conduct in "Contributing and security reports".Rationale
The community profile lacked a Code of Conduct (the only missing item). An own file was chosen over relying on the account-wide default in
marcohost33-maker/.github, because that default only takes effect once its PR is merged, and because this file can name this repository's reporting form directly. The top-level process folders come from the repository template (
.copier-answers.yml) and were not explained anywhere in the README; outside readers could not tell project code from bookkeeping. The descriptions follow each folder's ownREADME.md; empty folders are marked as empty.Scope / risk
