cleanup: remove obsolete SMS agent profiles

Summary

Removes the four unused *-sms OpenCode agent profiles now that the owner-selected SMS bridge design routes only to the existing full-capability primary agents. Bumps opencode-server from 0.1.59 to 0.1.60 because packaged agent files are immutable chart content.

Fixes: None — completes cleanup for the primary-agent SMS routing decision.

Impact and rollout

The current OpenCode chart source contains all four primary agents; only the redundant *-sms aliases are removed. The bridge is not currently GitOps-selected, so this does not activate SMS/Twilio functionality.

On an explicitly approved merge, main publishes immutable opencode-server 0.1.60. The charts automation will then create or update its normal kustomize-cluster version-pin pull request; that is a separate desired-state change and may reconcile OpenCode only after its own checks and merge. Verify Argo root/child source revisions, rollout health, and normal OpenCode behavior separately. Rollback is a GitOps pin to 0.1.59.
