[Bug] Quest Tracker not updating in MoP Classic

What happened?

The quest tracker does not update when new quests are accepted in MoP Classic.

• New quests are not automatically added to the tracker.
• Toggling a quest (track/untrack) does not refresh the tracker display.

Expected behavior:

• Newly accepted quests should appear in the quest tracker.
• Tracking/untracking in the quest log should immediately update the tracker list.
