This removes the only release-note entry for #125, which describes reverting the session-stop behavior, without including it in the new alpha.4 section. Since #125 landed after the alpha.3 notes and changes user-visible behavior, its omission leaves this release's changelog incomplete; please retain it in alpha.4 in both localized changelogs if that behavior is part of this release.

Prepare the authorized 1.6.0-alpha.4 prerelease with Console settings parity (#128), window-close confirmation (#127), and Android TV only (#126). Update app version, paired preview links and release changelogs.
Validation: 285 unit tests passed; Windows x64 build passed for the underlying changes. Release packaging will run through the existing Windows Release workflow after merge.
