Eliminate 1-frame delay after texture upload - #952
Merged
Merged
Conversation
Make CoreContextTexture.load/onLoadRequest synchronous so
setState('loaded') runs immediately after gl.texImage2D within the
same drawFrame instead of deferring to a microtask. Make
CoreTextureManager.uploadTexture/processSome synchronous, attach
CoreNode texture listeners synchronously, and run a second targeted
root.update() in Stage.drawFrame when processSome dirties nodes.
Adds Stage.textureLatency regression tests covering same-frame
upload, isRenderable, renderer.addQuad, autosize, and
resizeMode:contain.

Makes texture upload synchronous so nodes render in the same drawFrame.
