Add the active-menu advance anchor and the three Scaleform render-pass Execute identities. The Address Library mappings and implementations were verified for Starfield 1.16.244; typed render-graph wrappers remain out of scope until their argument ABI is modeled.
Add the singleton and manager-level wide-string translation wrapper used by Scaleform UI. The bindings were runtime-validated on Starfield 1.16.244 while resolving localized ControlMap labels.
Expose the native action-list builder anchors, StartAction event source, and typed action extractor. The builder and dispatch path were runtime-validated on Starfield 1.16.244 across repeated PauseMenu sessions.
