ld64.lld lags behind the macOS SDK's .tbd format. The macOS 27 SDK lists
an arm64e.x1 architecture that lld from LLVM 20/22 rejects, so nothing
links. Apple's ld always matches its SDK, and clang passes it this
package's libLTO.dylib, so LTO still works.

CI: add a macOS 27 job (xcode-27 runner) and drop the macOS 14 jobs.
Xcode 15's ld crashes when paired with this toolchain, and GitHub
retires the macos-14 runner on 2026-11-02.
