Bar widget with aggregate down/up rate and a click-to-open panel listing torrents, talking to torrnado only via its CLI.
Per-torrent pause/resume, sorted list to stop rows flipping order, whole-number progress, and a shorter bar icon with a fixed-but-safe width so it stops jumping the anchored popup around.
