Document the relevant changes of every driver release from v0.1.0 through v0.14.0, in Keep a Changelog format with compare links per release. Entries are derived from the commit history between release tags, with the Kubernetes library, CSI spec and Go versions read from go.mod at each tag. Routine CI, linter and transitive dependency bumps are left out; Kubernetes library bumps are kept, since they determine which Kubernetes releases the driver is built and tested against. The Helm chart keeps its own cloudstack-csi-* tags and is noted as separately versioned. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

CHANGELOG.mdat the repository root covering the relevant changes of every driver release from v0.1.0 (2023-06-13) through v0.14.0, newest-first, in Keep a Changelog format with a compare link per release.How the entries were built:
vX.Y.Ztags, rather than the auto-generated GitHub release notes (which are mostly Dependabot noise).git show <tag>:go.mod, so the version claims are grounded rather than inferred.A few deliberate choices, flagged for review:
v0.14.0section is dated 2026-09-21 and is not yet tagged. It covers what is currently onmastersince v0.13.0. Its compare link will 404 until the tag exists, so this should merge before v0.14.0 is cut — otherwise the tagged release will not contain its own changelog entry.v0.1.0-rc.1pre-release tag is excluded.cloudstack-csi-*tags and that its version is bumped after the driver release it ships, so the two do not line up one-to-one.The v0.12.1 entry records that
