Streak gifts: add the 7-day rung, a week of Pro - #266

The app now gives a week of Pro at a 7-day streak, before the 100-day month and the 365-day three months (langx/langx, PRO_GIFT_RULES.streak). Every place on the site that lists the streak rungs now lists all three: the Terms §5, the home FAQ, the plans card and the plans FAQ. The Terms sentence introducing free Pro said "a fixed number of months"; a week is not one, so it now says "a fixed period". Effective date moves to 8 Oct 2026. The app now gives a week of Pro at a 7-day streak, ahead of the existing 100-day → 1 month and 365-day → 3 months rungs (
langx/langx,packages/shared/src/proGift.ts→PRO_GIFT_RULES.streak). Each rung is still paid once per account, and a streak already past a milestone earns it on the next practice.Pages changed
