Privacy policy: a report shows the reviewer the last messages - #265

Since langx/langx#1752 the operator reviewing a report sees the last ten messages between the two people, from both sides, up to the report. The "Blocks and reports" line now says so, and how: read live from the conversation, nothing after the report, deleted messages shown as deleted. Since langx/langx#1752 the operator panel shows, on every report, the last ten messages between the reporter and the reported person, from both sides, up to the moment of the report. The app now says so on the report screen too (langx/langx#1755).
This updates section 2.2's Blocks and reports line to match, and moves the effective date to 7 Oct 2026. The facts it states:
