Adds auto-instrumentation/gitops-clusters.mdx for clusters reconciled by Argo CD or Flux, where the agent detects externally managed workloads and stops patching them. Covers the five ways to get those workloads traced, in recommended order: eBPF mode, a namespace annotation, committing the annotation, allowing the agent to patch behind an Argo CD ignoreDifferences exception, and a Kyverno admission policy. Also covers installing the agent itself on such a cluster. The k8s APM settings UI will deep-link here from any workload it reports as externally managed, so the page stands on its own.
