Problem and resulting behavior

building-modules/frontend.md had no guidance on lazy loading. It now covers the entry shape, which loader fits which surface, the error contract, and the build settings that keep ?declare-tag= and factory loading working.

Validation

Documentation only. The text matches the behavior in the matching kickside and module changes, and it was reviewed with them.
