The Hub rejects a module package when its navigation references a page whose path starts with
using/user, sokickside/docscannot publish. This moves the page tousing/accounts.md, which matches its account management content, and updates its registry entry, navigation and links. The page text and title are unchanged. The site is updated in a companion docs-site change.
