The Hub rejects a module package containing a
wippy.documentation.navigationentry withinvalid_package. Nothing in this module reads the entry:ListDocsandReadDocuse the pages, and the website has its own navigation. The module now ships pages only, and a test asserts it declares no navigation entry. A private test publish confirmed that the same package publishes without the entry.
