chore(release): bump version to 1.6.2

Summary

• Bump the marketing version from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2.
• Increment the build number from 161 to 162 for both standard and App Store targets.

Tests

• tuist generate
• xcodebuild test -project Keyty.xcodeproj -scheme Keyty -destination platform=macOS
• Other: verified MARKETING_VERSION = 1.6.2 and CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION = 162 with xcodebuild -showBuildSettings for both targets.

Run project commands from Apps/Keyty.
