[Feature] Show settings when Keyty is launched again while already running

Problem or use case

When Keyty is already running, launching it again (e.g. through Raycast) does nothing. This does not depend on the "Show settings at launch" setting.

Proposed behavior

If Keyty is already running, show the settings when the app is launched again. This way, the settings window can be opened without using the mouse to interact with the menu bar.

This is what apps such as AltTab do.

Thanks for report, this is really neat suggestion. Implemented in #146.
