stlc plumbing smoke test — SIMULATED OUTPUT

Opened by the integration-test job of .github/workflows/stlc-generate.yml.

The diff on this branch is NOT stlc generator output. The generator was not installed or run; the only change is a marker file at .stlc-integration-test/smoke-test.md.

What this proves: the workflow can mint a GitHub App token, push a branch to this repo, and open/update a draft PR.
What it does NOT prove: anything about the stlc generator, the generated SDK code, or parity with hosted Stainless.

Source: kernel/kernel PR #3095

Do not merge. This PR is closed automatically when the stlc-integration-test label is removed or the source PR closes.
