Reviewed: workflow logic re-tested (29 cases, 0 mismatches), file byte-identical across the four repos (sha256 91a5345d…), ADR 0027 amendment accurate; the 10 open bot PRs it would have turned red already carry Assisted-by. Checks green, no threads, no open alerts.
Which agent and which model made every change is now a hard requirement, and Co-Authored-By alone cannot say which model ran. Wherever the check required an agent co-author trailer it now also requires Assisted-by: <agent>:<model-id> [tool ...]. The web-flow exemption no longer covers the App's own API commits; human web-UI commits stay exempt. Byte-identical to the platform workflow; the decision is recorded in platform ADR 0027's 2026-09-30 amendment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5

Re-reviewed after rebuild: single bot commit on current main, workflow byte-identical to platform (sha256 91a5345d…). 19 checks green.

Why
Same change as jdwlabs/platform#476, which carries the decision (platform ADR 0027, 2026-09-30 amendment): agent commits now need
Assisted-by: <agent>:<model-id> [tool ...]alongsideCo-Authored-By, and the App's own API (web-flow) commits are checked per commit. The workflow stays byte-identical across the four repos.Needs attention
workflowspermission.Risk / rollout
Not a required check. Open bot PRs here that go red on their next run: #251. The web-flow change adds none.
