Version 2.1.0 adds cache revalidation, stale responses, request coalescing and an idle timeout on origin response bodies (#19, #21 and #22). The README and the Kubernetes Deployment point at the
2.1.0image, which the release workflow publishes when a push of thev2.1.0tag starts it.
