Summary

• extract the Bollinger/SMA60 detector, monitor, and TradingView markers from the orderbook script into an independent Strategy 29 userscript
• share page/API chart-mutation coordination between independently bundled scripts while preserving orderbook save drains
• add build, metadata, documentation, parity, unit, DOM, and both-load-order browser coverage

Not performed before merge. After merge, update the existing orderbook Tampermonkey installation, install Strategy 29, read both sources back, hard reload Binance, and run non-financial smoke checks.
