fix(member): correct type import name in MOBS profile - #249

MOBS.tsx imported MemberRaceExperienceType, which does not exist in MemberCertificateType. The exported name is MemberCompetitionExperienceType, so tsc failed and broke the production build.

問題
src/member/2026/MOBS.tsx從MemberCertificateTypeimport 了一個不存在的型別MemberRaceExperienceType，導致npm run build在tsc階段失敗：src/member/2026/MOBS.tsx(3,92): error TS2305:
Module '"../../type/MemberCertificateType"' has no exported member 'MemberRaceExperienceType'.
該模組實際匯出的名稱是
MemberCompetitionExperienceType。由於 Vite dev server 不執行型別檢查，本地
npm run dev看不出異常，但 production build 會直接中斷，影響 GitHub Pages 部署。修改內容
將
MOBS.tsx中兩處的MemberRaceExperienceType更正為MemberCompetitionExperienceType：raceExperiences的型別標註變數名稱
raceExperiences維持不變，避免擴大改動範圍。
