Temporary SR-IOV VM blocklist for the CRI platform containing CRI-specific test exclusions at the VM level. Also add this blocklist file to meson.build so it can be included during test execution. Signed-off-by: Venkateswara Rao Muppidi <venkateswara.rao.muppidi@intel.com>
