The README distinguishes VeriSimiser's canonical eight concerns from the earlier “eight modalities” framing, which is now described as Tier 2 overlay representations. That distinction is valuable, but terms can still be conflated with VeriSimDB's Octad.
For a selectable set of Tier 2 overlay modalities, consider modality profile as the number-agnostic term (with explicit membership/cardinality). Keep the fixed eight-concern model and OctadDimension terminology for VeriSimiser's own concern ontology; reserve upstream Octad for the current VeriSimDB API/model. Please clarify this distinction in the README/ADR and manifest docs without changing schema or CLI names absent a separate compatibility decision.
