The engine now emits clickable link annotations in the PDF: /Link URI annotations for \href/\url (go-tex/engine #198, go-pdfkit v0.7.0) and /GoTo named-destination links for \hyperlink/\hypertarget in-document jumps (#202, go-pdfkit v0.8.0). The capability reference still said the PDF had no annotations. - hyperref row, PDF image-format row, and PDF-output standards row: now note the /Link URI and /GoTo named-destination annotations. - Known gaps: drop the "Clickable PDF links" entry — it is closed for both external and in-document links.
