I build software for Kinder- und Elternzentrum Kolibri e.V., a centre for children and families in Dresden: online registration, timetable planning, a CRM that replaces spreadsheets and an Access database, automation for the office, and learning games for school subjects. Several of these tools are already in use there.
| Project | What it does | Stack |
|---|---|---|
| ScheduleGen | Plans the weekly timetable with a constraint solver; staff fine-tune it in a browser editor | Python, OR-Tools CP-SAT, Flask |
| Kolibri Registration Portal | Trial lesson requests (deployed in September 2026) and a parent portal in development | SvelteKit, TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2 |
| Berufsorientierung App | Event registration for a career orientation project, in use since 2025 | SvelteKit, TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2 |
| KindEltern Web | CRM for families, courses and monthly fees, with approval workflows | Django, PostgreSQL |
| ImageSearchGPU | Finds photos in a local archive from a text description | Python, CLIP, PyTorch |
| Nachhilfe Kolibri | Monthly paperwork for publicly funded tutoring | Excel VBA, Word |
- Katzen-Rechnen: adaptive maths for grades 1, 5 and 9, with a cat that grows with every right answer
- Chemie-Eroberung: grade 8 chemistry as a conquest on a hex map
- Geo-Expedition Deutschland: interactive maps and missions about Germany for grade 5
- Fraction Conquest: fractions as a territory game for grades 5 to 7
I build with AI coding agents (OpenAI Codex and Claude Code). My part is deciding what gets built and whether it is right: I write the specifications, choose the architecture and the data model, set the privacy and security rules, split the work into stages with acceptance criteria, and test and accept every stage. The agents write most of the code under written project rules, and tests and release checks guard every change. The Kolibri Registration Portal shows this process in the most detail.
