Summary
Removes the repo-local Contributor Covenant 2.1 copy and points the README at the organization-wide default instead.
.github/CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md.gitify-app/.github/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.Why
The org now hosts a single Contributor Covenant 3.0 at the root of
gitify-app/.github, which GitHub serves as the default for every repository that does not ship its own file. The local 2.1 copy both overrode that default and had drifted on the reporting contact (it used a personal address).Dependency
Merge after gitify-app/.github#14, otherwise the README link will 404 briefly once GitHub renders the default.
