With
CONVERSATION_PLAN=on, conversation decisions now appear as document cards while their sources remain visible in Chat. A member's choice stays a draft until Save commits the decision record and document projection; linked prose and evidence remain navigable, and an accepted research link offers an explicit retry after automatic verification attempts fail. The runtime is attached to room opening, authorization refresh, recovery, and close/archive/delete paths. The feature remains opt-in by configuration.The attached visual shows real browser states: a choice awaiting Save, related prose after a decision, and research-link retry. Controlled Jev/Planner fixtures seeded the opening, and a real Save produced the prose; these captures do not assess live model quality. This layer also replaces the old mocked research-child browser fixture with a record-backed recovery suite and updates question/editor controls together.
Validation: 429 focused unit/domain tests across 72 files (2,116 assertions); 324 application Chromium tests across 41 files on fresh isolated PostgreSQL databases;
bun run build,bun run types,bun run fix, andbun run ci. The layer changes 179 Git files (+16,428/−1,086 lines, with the research suite detected as a rename).
