An explicit Planner research request now persists an inline parent-document card before evidence work starts. Placement uses the document lock against an open or detached Plan; a close or implementation lock defers the card for startup, restore, or timed retry recovery. Terminal completion publishes one durable Chat notice and an ordinary child-document link.
Main wiring calls pending recovery at startup and channel restore, with timed retry only for deferred placement. Archive and delete paths do not reopen the document. The conversation-derived accepted-offer adapter remains for the later activation layer.
This layer changes 16 files: source +433/−66 lines and tests/helpers +1,249/−35. Validation: 84 focused and existing route/hosted-tool compatibility tests (567 assertions); four real PostgreSQL startup tests (29 assertions), including restart idempotency and a locked placement;
bun run types,bun run fix, andbun run ci. No provider key was used.
