Patch bump; all checks green on the rebased head. Also clears the newly-published GHSA-2v37-7h3g-55p8 (nanoid <3.3.17, high) and GHSA-fxqj-rqcc-2cmp (postcss <=8.5.22) that are currently failing the desktop audit repo-wide: pulls nanoid 3.3.16 -> 3.3.18 and postcss 8.5.19 -> 8.5.26.
