fix(project): accept agent framework platforms

[sentry-junior]

The server accepts node-mastra, node-flue, and node-eve, but the CLI's local platform list rejects them before project creation reaches the API.

Add all three identifiers to the shared list and extend the project-create regression test to verify each reaches the API unchanged. Existing client-side validation remains unchanged; platform listing, completion, and suggestions also pick up the new identifiers through the shared list.

Jared, take over the PR, fix CI fails, address all bot comments and then merge it

took over — CI was failing on an unrelated, stale org-list pagination test: the branch predated #1617, which had already updated org-list.test.ts to expect [100, 100, 50] per-page requests (last page uses only the remaining budget). merged main in (32955b2) to pick that up; the platforms change itself is untouched. no outstanding bot review comments — cursor bugbot and seer both passed, the only pr comments were vercel deploy status. all checks green now, merging.
