I've noticed something strange with Totem of Wrath where if I take off all of my hit rating gear and drop totem of wrath, then put my hit rating gear back on, I am at 195.38 hit rating. If I already have all of my hit rating gear on it lists me at 201.67.
Sitting around without ToW down I am listed at 163.82 Hit Rating, adding it manually I should be at 157.4 (12.6 x 9 from Talents (113.4) +44 on gear)
Adding up all of the hit rating manually, I should be at 195.2, (12.6 x 12 from Talents/Totem (151.2) + 44 from gear). Seems like a bug
