Missing Error Filtering Feature

I'm struggling with warnings and when I'm suppressing them by Webpack, or third-party plugins they are gone, but when I have friendly-errors-webpack-plugin enabled they come back. I know that's not fault of Webpack or anything due to code of friendly-errors-webpack-plugin. I would like to know how to filter warning when I'm using friendly-errors-webpack-plugin.
