Bump version to 0.2.0

Prepare v0.2.0 for the merged exact-arithmetic, input-validation, multi-output/JSON, and dependency updates (#542, #543, #544, #545).

Update only the bitcoinvert package version in Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock. The commit is signed, and the version diff passed security review.

Validation: locked debug and release builds, all 60 tests, formatting, and strict Clippy pass. The release binary reports bitcoinvert 0.2.0, and its JSON smoke test passes. Cargo audit reports no vulnerabilities; the existing proc-macro-error2 2.0.1 maintenance warning predates this release. Publication will follow successful checks on the merged version commit.
