Tracking object file format changes in RGBDS v1.1.0 for RGBOBJ v1.1.0 (rgbds-obj v0.6.0) #22

While RGBDS v1.0.x development continues on its master branch, we have ongoing features-1.1.0 for new features in the next semver-minor release, v1.1.0. Some of those are object file format changes, and will require an update to RGBOBJ (and to its companion library rgbds-obj).

• RPN command $74 for POPCOUNT (Add POPCOUNT function rgbds#2166)
• Patch type 4 for PATCHTYPE_SIGNED_BYTE (Add RGBLINK truncation warnings for add sp, e8 and ld hl, sp + e8 rgbds#2179)
• Removed offset field for Assertions (Remove the unused offset field from Assertions rgbds#2205)
