Context and reasoning

The Queen leaderboard lists people whose commits reached the .t27 spec corpus, read from a generated spec-authors.json rather than from GitHub on every visit.

Because the file is a snapshot, work done after it was generated stays invisible until someone reruns the generator and ships the result.

Rerunning it on 2026-09-25 moves mxfill77 from 8 to 18 spec commits, gHashTag from 1005 to 1066 and dmitrii-f-t27 from 8 to 11, and changes nothing else.
