Harvard DVN data

I need to know if your code is able to extract patent data from Harvard DVN as I'm interested in patents from 1975 onwards. If so could you please tell me how to configure your code to do that.

The Harvard DVN data is already downloadable as CSV files, so you can use that data without needing this project.

Alternatively, you can download data from http://rosencrantz.berkeley.edu/, which is our newer project
