Bring the tutorials and the bilingual book up to date with the outbox, orchestration, webhooks and callbacks

Updates the tutorials, the site and both editions of larafly by example (English and Spanish) for everything W1, W2 and W4 shipped.

Book (EN + ES, byte-identical, provenance-checked code blocks)

• New Chapter 8A, Webhooks and callbacks. Lumen accepts signed card top-ups and delivers signed partner callbacks.
• New Chapter 9A, Sagas, TCC and durable workflows. The Lumen payout saga, with compensation in reverse, database checkpoints and the DLQ.
• Chapter 7 (CQRS): caching queries with #[CachedQuery] and #[InvalidatesQuery].
• Chapter 8 (EDA):
  • the portable database outbox and its claim strategies per server;
  • any number of consumers, and the relay;
  • eda-postgres as the LISTEN/NOTIFY optimization;
  • durable dead letters and replay;
  • Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging.
• Chapter 12 (testing): the integration lanes (IntegrationDsn, composer test:integration, the compose file, the CI matrix, the SQL Server traps).
• Scheduling: database and MySQL locks.
• The glossary, Appendix A, book/README.md and both manifests are updated, and statements the program made false are fixed.

Tutorial (EN + ES)

• Step 12 moves the greeting events onto the database outbox and delivers them with a consumer.
• Step 13 adds a greeting-card order saga that compensates in reverse.

Both steps are proven as the reader's own App\ files under tests/Fixtures/Tutorial.

Samples

Every code listing is real code in samples/lumen, tested on every integration lane:

• the database outbox;
• a cached balance query;
• webhook top-ups and partner callbacks;
• the payout saga and its endpoint.
